When will my order be delivered?

The order will need 3-7 days to be processed. Once, order is processed, we will contact you via call or whatsapp to arrange the delivery date and time.

What is the difference between guest checkout and registering as an user?

When you checkout as a guest, no account is created in this case. However, if you registered an account with us, you will be able to track all your orders and print the invoices.

What can I do if I’ve forgotten my account password?

If you forget your password, simply go on the link “Forget Password”, type in the email address you used to create your account, and we will send you an email with a new password.

What is the delivery fee?

The delivery free is $10 for each trip.

What is the minimum order for free delivery?

For order more than $100, after coupon discount, order will be entitled to free delivery.

How long will it take to process my order?

Your order goes through few steps before reaching your door. (The estimated delivery time is quoted by the carrier, it may experience a few days delay during rush season. e.g. Christmas, New Year etc.). The processing time for the order is 3-7 working days.

What are the payment modes available?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express via Stripe gateway and we also accept paynow.

How can I make payment via Paynow?

Kindly make use of your bank app to scan our QR code to make payment. Once payment is being made, kindly whatsapp us at +65 9297 0334 with the payment confirmation and order ID.

My company requires a quotation, can you provide us with one?

You can email to enquiry@eshoprs.com, we will forward the email to the respective salesperson to follow up.
Alternatively, you can email the salesperson directly if you know his email address.

What is the currency used on your webstore, does it include GST?

The price listed in eshoprs.com is in Singapore Dollar and is inclusive of GST.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver only to addresses within mainland Singapore.

For Sentosa and Jurong Island, please contact us at +65 9297 0334 as special arrangements is required with additional sur-charge.

For places where a delivery permit is needed, please inform us beforehand.
